iRest© Yoga Nidra is a practice of meditation offering the opportunity to deeply relax while remaining present. It is a form of self- inquiry that research shows effectively reduces PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and chemical dependency; while increasing health, resiliency and wellbeing.
As a meditative form of self- inquiry, iRest can help to move from a sense of separation, anxiety, fear and self- judgement to a state of equanimity, stability, compassion, and love. During iRest, we dispel all that we are not, so that we have the potential to realise what we truly are.
A 6 week iRest Yoga Nidra program will guide you through various steps, in a practical and educational way, in order for you to step on the path of health, healing and self- actualization.
You will leave with simple yet effective tools that will help you better navigate through the waves of life.
